Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Telesales Agent role located in Giza. The Telesales Agent will be responsible for engaging with potential customers to promote and sell the company's services or products. Responsibilities include managing inbound and outbound calls, responding to customer inquiries, and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the sales process. The role also involves building a strong customer relationship, identifying customer needs, and providing accurate information about the company's offerings. Telesales Agents will work closely with the sales team to meet and exceed targets while upholding professional service standards.

Qualifications

  • Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively engage with clients and build strong relationships
  • Experience in Customer Support and Sales, including the ability to meet sales targets and handle customer inquiries efficiently
  • Capabilities in Training and maintaining product knowledge to effectively communicate service offerings and features
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-centric approach
  • Proven ability to work in a team-oriented environment and manage tasks independently
  • Proficiency in relevant software tools and CRM systems is an advantage
  • Fluency in English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; a bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred
