Proleaders Company - شركة نخبة القادة specializes in providing innovative and effective training solutions for individuals and organizations.

We are looking for a dynamic and persuasive Telesales Agent to join our Training Center team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients via telephone to promote and sell our training programs and courses. This role requires excellent communication skills, a strong sales acumen, and the ability to understand client needs and provide tailored solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients to promote training programs.
  • Explain course features, benefits, and pricing clearly and persuasively.
  • Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate information.
  • Maintain detailed records of calls and customer interactions in the CRM system.
  • Achieve or exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
  • Collaborate with marketing and training teams to stay updated on program offerings.
  • Follow up with leads to nurture relationships and close sales.
  • Manage objections and provide solutions to customer concerns.
  • Report daily and weekly sales activities to management.
  • Participate in training sessions to improve product knowledge and sales techniques.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in telesales or telemarketing, preferably in education or training.
  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and basic computer skills.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; further education is a plus.
  • Resilience and ability to handle rejection professionally.
  • Good organizational and time management skills.
  • Customer-focused attitude with a passion for helping others.
  • Availability to work flexible hours if needed.
