Role Description

This is a
full-time, on-site
sales position.

You'll be responsible for generating leads, managing client relationships, conducting property viewings, and closing deals. The ideal candidate is proactive, persuasive, and driven to achieve results in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and engage new clients through networking, marketing campaigns, and property exhibitions.
  • Conduct property tours and provide expert advice tailored to each client's needs.
  • Maintain updated knowledge of available listings, market trends, and upcoming developments.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets with the support of your team leader.
  • Deliver a professional, customer-centered sales experience that builds long-term relationships.

Qualifications

  • Minimum
    1–2 years of experience
    in real estate or sales (real estate experience preferred).
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ambitious, target-driven, and able to work under pressure.
  • Knowledge of residential compounds and new projects across Cairo and October.
  • Car ownership
    preferred for site visits and client follow-up.
