Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Giza for a Commercial Real Estate Specialist. The role involves assisting clients with buying, selling, and leasing commercial properties. Daily responsibilities include analyzing market trends, evaluating property values, conducting property tours, and negotiating on behalf of clients. Building strong client relationships and providing exceptional customer service are essential aspects of this position.

Qualifications

  • Expertise in Commercial Real Estate and Real Estate sectors
  • Strong financial acumen and the ability to evaluate property investment opportunities
  • Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills for client interaction and negotiations
  • Strong Customer Service focus with the ability to maintain and enhance client relationships
  • Proficiency in market research and analysis
  • Self-motivated and results-driven with the ability to work independently
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred
  • Familiarity with real estate regulations and market trends in the Giza area is advantageous
