Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Team Leader, located in Giza. The Team Leader will oversee day-to-day sales team operations, ensuring that sales targets are met and exceeded. Responsibilities include leading and motivating the sales team, developing strategies to improve performance, providing customer service support, analyzing sales data, and fostering strong client relationships. The role requires hands-on involvement in both strategizing and executing sales initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Team Management and Leadership skills, including the ability to motivate and guide team members effectively.
  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to build and maintain client relationships.
  • Proficient Sales skills with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Analytical Skills for data-driven decision-making and performance evaluation.
  • Experience in the real estate industry is a plus but not required.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, or a related field is advantageous.
  • Proactive problem-solving abilities and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
