Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Team Leader based in Al Jizah, Egypt. The Sales Team Leader will oversee and motivate the sales team to achieve performance targets and build strong relationships with clients. Responsibilities include developing sales strategies, analyzing performance metrics, training team members, and ensuring superior customer service standards. Collaboration with team members and other departments to meet organizational goals will also be a key part of this role.

Qualifications

  • Strong Team Management skills and the ability to lead, motivate, and guide a team effectively
  • Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to engage with clients and build relationships
  • Proven Sales experience with a focus on achieving and surpassing targets
  • Solid Analytical Skills, including the ability to interpret data and develop effective sales strategies
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools
  • Experience in the banking or export industry is an advantage
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a results-driven mindset
