Responsibilities

* Strong Sales Campaigns on Social media platforms

* Daily & Weekly Reporting to Sales Manager

* Creating Teams & Supporting them

* Perform valid and reliable market research SWOT analysis.

* Devise and evaluate methods and procedures for collecting data, such as surveys, opinion polls, or questionnaires, or arrange to obtain existing data.

Forecast and track marketing and sales trends, analyzing collected data.

* Work on setups of exclusive projects within a team to deliver project concept, positioning, target market, sales strategy and sales plan, unit availability and project master sheet.

* Create & Manage leads

* Research organizations & individuals to identify new leads & potential new markets.

* Maintain & create presentations for prospective clients.

* Maintain client relationships and ensure client loyalty through excellent communications as well as meeting all client needs appropriate to their business.

* Conduct desk research and surveys.

* Excellent interpersonal, customer service and communication skills

* Strong analytical skills to identify trends and sales patterns

* Ability to design and implement a successful sales strategy

* Ability to guide and mentor sales representatives

* Planning, organization, and problem-solving skills

* Advanced time management skills

* Work closely with other departments.

* Perform other related duties and assignments as required.

* Commercial background is a plus

Job Requirements

At least
+7
years of related experience.

Own a car

Strong knowledge base and technical skills in finance and accounting.

Excellent Use of Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, Power Point)

Strong Communication skills and ability to manage a team.
