Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Telesales Agent located in Giza. The Telesales Agent will be responsible for contacting potential customers, presenting and promoting the company's training programs, and building strong client relationships. Key tasks include handling customer inquiries, providing support throughout the enrollment process, and achieving sales targets. The role requires proactive communication with clients to deliver a positive experience and create opportunities for customer engagement.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Communication and Customer Service
  • Proficiency in Customer Support and Sales
  • Experience or familiarity with Training and educational services
  • Ability to build and nurture client relationships
  • Goal-oriented mindset with the ability to meet sales targets
  • Previous experience in telesales or a similar role is a plus
  • Proficiency in Arabic (written and spoken) and additional language skills are advantageous
