Role Description :

We are seeking a dedicated Sales Agent / Telesales Representative for a full-time, on-site position located in Giza. The selected candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, introducing them to our services, and promoting travel-related packages. Key duties include managing customer inquiries, maintaining records of conversations, addressing customer needs, and meeting sales targets. The Telesales Representative will play a pivotal role in ensuring customer satisfaction and fostering long-term client relationships.

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification is preferred.

  • Sales and persuasion skills, including the ability to effectively promote services and close sales.

  • Communication skills for addressing customer needs and ensuring satisfaction.

  • Time management and organizational skills to manage customer orders and follow up effectively.

  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships with clients.

  • Previous Sales / Telesales experience is an advantage.

  • English Level B1.
