Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Back Office Agent located in Giza. The Back Office Agent will be responsible for handling a range of administrative and support tasks. These tasks include data entry, managing communication with internal departments, processing documentation, handling inquiries, maintaining records, and ensuring efficient data management. The Back Office Agent will also be required to assist in problem-solving and support various projects to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in data entry, documentation processing, and records management
  • Proficiency in problem-solving and project support
  • Bachelor's degree
  • B1+ speakers
  • Ability to work in Nasser City
