Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Operational Trainer role located in Giza. The Operational Trainer will design, develop, and deliver training programs to enhance employee performance and ensure an effective onboarding process for new hires. Responsibilities include assessing staff training needs, creating instructional materials, conducting workshops, and monitoring the progress of trainees. The role also entails collaboration with management to align training programs with operational goals and organizational standards.

Qualifications

English Proficiency: C1 Level (Mandatory – written and spoken).

Systems Experience: Hands-on experience with Amadeus and GDS systems.

Industry Background: Experience as a Travel Agent or in Travel Operations is required.

Training Exposure: Candidates who have worked as trainers (permanent, on-loan, or task-based) are encouraged to apply.

Co-trainers or operational staff with 3–6 months of training experience and the required system knowledge are also welcome.
