We're Hiring – Training Supervisor

We are recruiting a skilled Training Supervisor on behalf of one of our international clients.

The ideal candidate will have solid experience in training operations within academic or professional development centers, with the ability to coordinate, deliver, and support impactful learning programs. Fluency in English is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

Support in developing and executing the annual training plan.

Coordinate and deliver training programs (technical, behavioral, and compliance).

Assist in the full training cycle: needs assessment, content preparation, facilitation, and evaluation.

Communicate with training providers, academic institutions, and certification partners.

Ensure training activities follow international standards and best practices.

Supervise trainers and training coordinators during program delivery.

Maintain accurate training data, reports, attendance, and KPIs.

Monitor training effectiveness and suggest improvements.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in business or related field.

5–8 years of experience in training coordination or supervision.

Strong knowledge of instructional design and training methodologies.

Excellent English communication skills (spoken & written).

Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced and multicultural environment.

Experience with LMS platforms and digital learning tools.
