Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Reservation Supervisor located in Giza. The Reservation Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the reservation team, ensuring customer satisfaction and managing booking processes. Duties also include training new staff, handling escalated customer issues, and ensuring all reservations are accurate and up-to-date.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Reservations.
  • Strong Communication and Customer Satisfaction skills
  • Ability to train and manage staff effectively
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Previous experience in the travel industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Tourism, Business Management, or related field
  • Proficiency in reservation systems and software
