Your Mission

As a
Team Lead – Interpretation Services
, you will be responsible for driving the performance and development of a team of 25+ interpreters. You will ensure service excellence, maintain top-tier customer satisfaction, and support continuous process improvement in alignment with Future Group's global service standards.

Key Responsibilities

-Deliver
direct customer support
through multiple communication channels.

-Lead, coach, and inspire a team of
25+ interpreters
, ensuring KPI achievement and service excellence.

-Handle and resolve escalated customer complaints and complex inquiries.

-Collaborate with the
Client Relations Team
to ensure smooth issue resolution and adherence to SLA standards.

-Monitor daily performance and craft
individual development plans
for team members.

-Conduct regular
coaching sessions, performance reviews, and 1:1 meetings
.

-Monitor calls and QA tickets; provide structured feedback for quality improvement.

-Drive
process optimization
and implement performance-enhancing strategies.

-Ensure team adherence to schedules, shifts, and company policies.

-Create and sustain a
motivating, inclusive, and supportive work environment
.

Job Requirements

-Bachelor's degree in any relevant field.

-Minimum
5 years of experience
in a
call center environment
.

-Minimum
3 years of leadership experience
, managing
voice teams
.

-Mandatory:
Previous experience in
Interpretation Management
or similar linguistic operations.

-Strong understanding of interpreter workflows, terminology, and professional standards.

-Excellent communication, problem-solving, and conflict-resolution skills.

-Proven ability to coach, motivate, and lead multicultural teams.

-High proficiency in English
(spoken and written).

-Solid knowledge of supervisory practices and performance management principles.
