Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Cairo for a Call Center representative. The Call Center representative will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, providing excellent customer support, managing communication with clients, and ensuring client satisfaction. Daily tasks will include managing contact center operations, addressing customer service issues, and efficiently utilizing computer systems to support customer interactions.
Qualifications
- Customer Support, Customer Service, and Contact Centers skills
- Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong Computer Literacy and ability to learn new software quickly
- Ability to work on-site and handle client interactions smoothly
- Experience in the tourism or property development industry is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred
