Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Call Center Team Leader located in Cairo. The Team Leader will oversee the daily operations of the call center, ensure team productivity, handle escalated customer issues, improve customer satisfaction, and provide coaching and support to team members. The Team Leader will also monitor performance metrics, implement process improvements, and ensure compliance with company policies.

  • Analytical Skills
  • Leadership and team management skills
  • Experience in a call center or customer service environment is a plus
  • Ability to work on-site in Cairo
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field is preferred
