Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Contact Center Agent. The Contact Center Agent will handle customer inquiries via various communication channels, provide exceptional customer service, and resolve customer concerns promptly. Additionally, the role involves documenting interactions, maintaining accurate records, and collaborating with team members to ensure customer satisfaction and adherence to company policies.
Qualifications
- Strong Customer Support and Customer Service skills
- Effective Communication and Interpersonal Communication abilities
- Proficiency in Computer Literacy with the ability to navigate multiple systems
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and remotely while managing time efficiently
- Experience in the gold or precious metals industry is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent; higher education is an advantage
