Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Call Center Team Leader based in Cairo. The Team Leader will oversee daily operations, provide professional guidance and support to a team of customer service agents, and ensure the delivery of exceptional customer satisfaction. They will track team performance, identify opportunities for improvement, and report progress to management regularly. Additional responsibilities may involve coaching team members to develop their skills and handling escalated customer issues as needed.

Qualifications

  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to lead, motivate, and manage a team effectively
  • Analytical skills to interpret performance data and implement improvements where necessary
  • Commitment to ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction in all interactions
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to clearly convey information and instructions
  • Proficiency in customer service principles, processes, and technologies
  • Previous leadership or supervisory experience is a plus
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field preferred
