About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented
E-commerce Sales Supervisor
to lead our online sales operations in the
beauty and fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG)
sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and growing our brand presence across online platforms, ensuring exceptional sales performance, and delivering a seamless customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and oversee day-to-day operations on e-commerce platforms
  • Develop and execute online sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand market share.
  • Identify new opportunities to increase sales
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to plan promotions, digital campaigns, and product launches.
  • Monitor product listings, pricing, inventory, and customer feedback.
  • Analyze sales data and KPIs to optimize performance and identify growth opportunities.
  • Supervise and coach a small team to achieve monthly sales targets.
  • Coordinate with logistics and operations teams to ensure on-time delivery and high customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in e-commerce, preferably in
    beauty, cosmetics, or FMCG
    .
  • Strong understanding of online marketplaces and digital merchandising.
  • Analytical mindset with proficiency in Excel and reporting tools.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and multitasking skills.
