About the Role

We're looking for a motivated and detail-oriented
Q-Commerce Key Account Executive
to manage and grow our Q-commerce section within the modern trade channel. This role is perfect for someone passionate about digital sales, partnerships, and fast-paced e-commerce environments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day commercial and operational relationships with Q-commerce partners.
  • Ensure product listings, visibility, and pricing are always accurate and optimized.
  • Plan, negotiate, and execute promotions in coordination with marketing and trade marketing teams.
  • Track sales performance, stock levels, and replenishment needs to maintain high service levels.
  • Analyze sales and market trends to identify growth opportunities.
  • Collaborate with logistics, marketing, and finance teams for smooth execution of initiatives.
  • Conduct regular business reviews with key platform contacts.
  • Support new product launches and digital activation campaigns.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in FMCG key account management,
    preferably within Q-commerce platforms (e.g., Breadfast or Talabat Mart).

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Analytical mindset with proficiency in Excel and sales dashboards.
  • Deep understanding of digital merchandising and e-commerce operations.
  • Excellent organizational and coordination abilities.
  • Agility and problem-solving in fast-paced environments.
