Tayet's is a small, growing brand that designs and handcrafts unique home décor pieces. We manufacture everything ourselves at our workshop in Al-Fardous City, 6th of October, and sell our products online and to well-known companies. The Role:

We're looking for a Junior Accountant with around 1 year of experience to take full ownership of the company's financial processes. You'll be the main finance person in the company, playing a key role in managing everything from daily transactions to reporting, while learning about ERP and e-commerce systems along the way.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and manage quotations, invoices, collections, and delivery notes
  • Receive customer orders and convert them into internal work orders
  • Coordinate with shipping companies and track deliveries
  • Record and track expenses, purchases, and petty cash
  • Handle inventory counting and stock reconciliation
  • Work with our external accountant on monthly closings, tax filings, and official reports
  • Monitor bank accounts, record transfers, and reconcile statements
  • Manage employee salaries, advances, and deductions
  • Analyze product costs and assist in pricing strategy
  • Ensure accurate documentation of all financial records
  • Support with procurement accounting (e.g., supplier invoices, contract review)
  • Maintain and update our ERP system and e-commerce transaction logs
  • Provide monthly financial summaries and insights to management

What We're Looking For:

  • 1+ year of experience in accounting
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple responsibilities independently
  • Comfortable with Excel, basic accounting tools, and learning new systems
  • Eager to grow, problem-solve, and take initiative
