Job description:

Key Responsibilities:

· Recording Transactions: Accurately record day-to-day financial transactions in the general ledger.

· Accounts Payable/Receivable: Process invoices, track expenses, and ensure timely payments. Assist in managing accounts receivable, including invoicing and following up on outstanding payments.

· Bank Reconciliations: Perform regular bank reconciliations to ensure accuracy of company accounts.

· Data Entry and Record Keeping: Maintain organized financial records, ensure data accuracy, and update financial information as needed.

· Financial Reporting: Assist in preparing basic financial reports, such as income statements and balance sheets, for review by senior accountants or management.

· Supporting Monthly and Year-End Close Processes: Aid in closing activities, including account reconciliation and documentation, to ensure accuracy in reporting.

· Compliance: Ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures and assist in audit preparation.

Job qualifications:

1- BS degree in Accounting٫ Finance or other relevant.

2- 1-2 years' experience of working as accountant.

3- Preferred good practical experience with accounting software packages٫ such as Zoho and QuickBooks.

4- experience in bookkeeping is more preferred.

5- recent or previous in accounting firms or offices is more preferred.

6- Excellent Command in MS Office.

7- Very good Command in English language.

8- Accuracy and attention to detail.

9-Time management, Detail oriented and analytical skills.
