We're seeking a
Junior Accountant
to support our finance department in handling day-to-day accounting operations, ensuring accuracy in financial records, and maintaining compliance with company policies and standards.

Working Hours:

9 AM to 5 PM (Saturday to Thursday)

What You Will Do:

  • Record daily financial transactions, including invoices, expenses, and payments.
  • Support month-end and year-end closing processes.
  • Reconcile bank statements and verify financial data accuracy.
  • Assist in preparing financial reports and maintaining ledgers.
  • Handle petty cash, receipts, and supplier payments.
  • Support payroll and coordinate with HR on attendance and deductions.
  • Maintain organized documentation for audits and compliance.
  • Assist in budgeting, cost tracking, and financial analysis when needed.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • 0–2 years of accounting experience, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
  • Basic knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; familiarity with ERP systems is a plus.
  • Good communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team.
