Responsibilities

  • Handles multiple online accounts and vendors for Aman's E-commerce
  • Responsible for all key account escalations
  • Responsible for promoting and selling products on Aman website
  • Engage with sellers to understand their needs and fit with the Aman services product set
  • Create and comprehend marketplace data and sales analytics for use in forecasting, production, and communication with others
  • Correspond with online customers to address questions or complaints about products, policies, or shipping methods
  • Developing constructive and cooperative working relationships with vendors, and maintaining accounts over time
  • Research and identify new marketplaces, including logistical needs and pricing

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field
  • 2-4 years' experience in Marketplace
  • Understand the e-commerce industry and competitive environment including knowledge of competitive product offerings
