Role Description

The Account Manager acts as the main point of contact between clients and the agency. They are responsible for maintaining strong client relationships, managing marketing campaigns, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality creative and strategic solutions that meet client objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships through regular communication and trust-building.
  • Manage client accounts, ensuring all deliveries are completed on time, on brand, and within budget.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (creative, design, media, and strategy) to execute marketing campaigns.
  • Develop project briefs, timelines, and proposals based on client needs.
  • Monitor project performance, analyze campaign results, and provide detailed reports and recommendations.
  • Identify opportunities for account growth and cross-selling agency services.
  • Handle client feedback, resolve issues promptly, and ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
  • Stay updated on market trends and competitor activity to provide proactive insights to clients.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in account management or client servicing (preferably in a marketing or advertising agency).
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing, social media, and branding strategies.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools.
  • Fluent in English.
