Accounting Manager

El Masa Group is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Accounting Manager to lead our finance department at our Maadi headquarters.
Job Responsibilities:
Oversee the full accounting cycle and ensure accurate financial reporting.
Review journal entries, trial balances, and ensure compliance with accounting standards.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
Manage accounts payable and receivable, and monitor cash flow.
Control costs and ensure adherence to company financial policies.
Lead and supervise the accounting team, assign tasks, and evaluate performance.
Support management in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
Liaise with internal and external auditors.
Requirements:
Must reside in Maadi or nearby areas.
Bachelor's degree in Commerce – Accounting.
+10 years of experience as an Accounting Manager.
Previous experience in the food manufacturing industry is a must.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
Experience with ERP systems is a plus.
Strong leadership, analytical, and organizational skills.
High attention to detail and commitment to deadlines.
