Mrkoon is a B2B Waste Management Platform that helps businesses track, analyze, and maximize their waste rates by matching them to specialized waste merchants through a digital auction system. We're transforming the way businesses think about waste turning it from a cost center into a competitive advantage.

Position Overview:

The Account Manager is responsible for managing and growing client relationships while handling complete end-to-end communication between buyers and sellers. The role involves regular field visits, on-ground support, and ensuring smooth coordination throughout the entire transaction process. This position requires strong communication skills, problem-solving, and the ability to build long-term trust with clients.

Key Responsibilities

Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.

Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients.

Understand client needs, objectives, and challenges to provide strategic support.

Ensure the timely and successful delivery of solutions according to client requirements.

Conduct regular field visits to clients, merchants, buyers, and sellers.

Manage end-to-end communication between buyers and sellers, including:

  • Coordinating product viewing on-site
  • Facilitating agreement between both sides
  • Ensuring the product is handed over correctly
  • Overseeing the pickup and physical handling of the product when needed

Prepare reports on account status, activities, and client feedback.

Collaborate with sales, marketing, and support teams to meet client expectations.

Handle client complaints and requests efficiently and professionally.

Monitor client satisfaction and proactively address issues.

Requirements

Previous experience in account management, sales, business development, or outdoor field roles.

Strong communication and negotiation skills.

Ability to manage multiple clients and priorities under pressure.

Comfortable with daily outdoor visits and fieldwork.

Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

Good reporting and documentation skills.

A valid driver's license is an advantage.
