Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Senior Account Manager. The Senior Account Manager will be responsible for providing professional guidance to clients, managing and integrating various e-commerce platforms, facilitating business growth through strategic planning, and building strong client relationships on a daily basis.

Qualifications

  • Experience with e-commerce platform integration and management.
  • Experience with amazon, noon platforms.
  • Strong strategic planning and client relationship management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and remotely.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Experience in account management roles.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience in the e-commerce industry is a plus.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow a portfolio of high-value client accounts.
  • Build long-term relationships with clients based on trust and results.
  • Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and operations teams to ensure client success.
  • Monitor performance metrics and prepare regular reports.
  • Handle client feedback and resolve issues quickly and effectively.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 4+ years of experience in account management, preferably in [industry—e.g., e-commerce, SaaS, digital services].
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Experience with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).
