Role Description

This is a full-time Senior Account Manager role, based on-site at our New Cairo office. The Senior Account Manager will manage client accounts, act as a point of contact, and ensure exceptional service delivery. Responsibilities will include building strong client relationships, overseeing project timelines, collaborating with creative and marketing teams, and driving client strategies to achieve business goals. The role requires expertise in managing client expectations and identifying opportunities for account growth.

Qualifications

  • Strong client relationship management, account management, and stakeholder communication skills
  • Experience in strategic planning, project management, and problem-solving
  • Proficiency in digital marketing strategies, advertising, and understanding of branding concepts
  • Proven leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Excellent organizational skills, analytical thinking, and attention to detail
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
  • 2+ years of experience in account management or a related role
  • Experience in the advertising or marketing industry is highly beneficial
