Role Description

We are seeking a Senior Account Manager for a full-time, on-site role based in Cairo. The Senior Account Manager will oversee client relationships, lead project planning and execution, and ensure the highest level of client satisfaction. Key responsibilities include managing accounts, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring project deliverables are met within budget and timeframe. The role also involves providing strategic insights, fostering client trust, and identifying growth opportunities for ongoing partnerships.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in client account management, project planning, and team coordination
  • Skills in client relationship management, negotiation, and problem resolution
  • Understand brand activations, event management processes, and immersive marketing strategies
  • Strong communication, presentation, and leadership skills
  • Analytical and organizational skills to monitor project performance and budgets
  • Proficiency in relevant project management and CRM tools
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or relevant field
  • Experience in the BTL, events, or marketing industry is an advantage
