Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Brand Growth Specialist located in Sheikh Zayed - 6 October, with some work from home acceptable. The Brand Growth Specialist will be responsible for developing and implementing growth strategies, driving sales, managing projects, and utilizing analytical skills to measure and improve performance. The role involves regular communication with internal teams and external partners to achieve growth objectives.

Qualifications

  • Young energetic, outgoing and confident communicator.
  • Communication skills and Sales experience
  • Proficiency in Growth Hacking techniques
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment
  • Strong communication, pitching, and relationship management skills
  • Bilingual (Arabic & English)
  • Knowledge of pricing strategy, merchandising, and brand positioning
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive problem-solver
  • Previous experience in e-commerce or the fashion industry is a plus
