Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Qesm 2nd 6 October for a Business Development Specialist in Sales. The successful candidate will identify and generate new business leads, cultivate strong relationships with potential clients, and drive revenue growth. Responsibilities include conducting market research, analyzing industry trends to identify opportunities, and presenting tailored solutions to clients. The specialist will also collaborate with cross-functional teams, negotiate contracts, and ensure client satisfaction while maintaining a high level of accountability and professionalism.
Qualifications
- Strong Analytical Skills for understanding trends, data-driven decision-making, and identifying business opportunities
- Excellent Communication Skills to build and maintain relationships with clients and support effective negotiations
- Lead Generation expertise and knowledge of Market Research strategies to identify potential business opportunities
- Customer Service abilities to ensure a positive experience and foster long-term client engagement
- Proven ability to meet sales targets and work collaboratively with teams
- A bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
- Experience in business development or sales roles is advantageous
