Role Overview
Atheel CX is seeking an experienced Business Development Specialist with a strong BPO background to manage the full client lifecycle — from engagement and proposal development to onboarding and performance tracking. The ideal candidate will combine sales expertise, tender management skills, and cross-functional collaboration to deliver value-driven solutions and long-term client success.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage potential clients, identify opportunities, and prepare tailored proposals and presentations.
- Manage government and private sector tenders, including the development of technical and financial offers.
- Lead contract negotiations and coordinate with legal and management teams to finalize agreements.
- Oversee client onboarding and project kickoffs, ensuring clear deliverables and smooth handovers.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships while ensuring satisfaction and retention.
- Collaborate closely with Operations, Finance, HR, and Quality teams to ensure service excellence.
- Track tender results, project performance, and client feedback to identify opportunities for improvement.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Business Development or Sales within the BPO/contact center industry (required).
- Strong experience with tenders, proposals, and contract management.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
- Strong organizational and reporting abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Familiarity with client experience frameworks (e.g., NPS, CSAT).
- Fluency in English (written & spoken).
