Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for an Ecommerce Specialist based in Qesm 2nd 6 October, with some flexibility for remote work. The Ecommerce Specialist will be responsible for managing and optimizing online sales platforms, analyzing sales data, improving the customer journey, and coordinating with other teams to implement marketing strategies. Additional tasks include monitoring trends, addressing customer inquiries, and identifying opportunities to boost revenue and enhance the online shopping experience.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in E-Commerce and Sales to manage online retail platforms and meet sales targets
  • Strong Analytical Skills to track metrics, evaluate performance, and optimize online sales
  • Exceptional Customer Service and Communication skills to engage effectively with customers and internal teams
  • Ability to adapt to fast-paced environments and stay updated on e-commerce trends
  • Experience with inventory management systems and digital marketing is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
