Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Qesm 1st Nasser City for an Ecommerce Specialist. The Ecommerce Specialist will be responsible for managing the company's online store, analyzing sales data, and developing strategies to increase conversions and online revenue. Responsibilities include optimizing product listings, handling customer inquiries, monitoring market trends, and ensuring excellent customer service. The individual will collaborate with internal teams to execute promotional campaigns and continuously improve the online customer experience.

  • Strong proficiency in E-Commerce platforms and Sales strategies
  • Analytical skills for interpreting data, tracking performance, and identifying trends
  • Exceptional Customer Service and Communication skills
  • Ability to build engagement strategies and deliver excellent customer experiences
  • Proven experience in the e-commerce sector is preferred
