Role Description

This full-time, on-site User Experience (UX) Design Specialist role is based in Qesm 2nd Nasser City. The UX Design Specialist will be responsible for applying user-centered design principles to create intuitive and engaging user experiences. Key responsibilities include conducting user research, crafting prototypes, developing visual designs, and applying design thinking methodologies to deliver optimal user experiences. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, the specialist will play a key role in ensuring the usability and overall efficiency of digital solutions.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in User Experience Design (UED) and User Research
  • Strong skills in Visual Design and Prototyping
  • Understanding and application of Design Thinking principles
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills for working with cross-functional teams
  • Ability to analyze user needs and translate them into practical design solutions
  • Familiarity with design tools and software like Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, or similar platforms
  • Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or a related field
  • Experience in eCommerce platform design is a plus
