We are looking for a highly motivated E-Commerce Digital Marketing Team Leader to oversee our online operations, lead high-impact digital initiatives, and drive sustainable growth across all e-commerce channels.

Key Responsibilities


• Develop and execute e-commerce and digital marketing strategies to increase online sales and boost brand visibility.


• Supervise daily e-commerce operations, ensuring a smooth customer journey and timely order fulfillment.


• Plan and launch digital campaigns in collaboration with marketing, design, and product teams.


• Analyze sales performance, website analytics, and customer insights to optimize product listings, pricing strategies, and merchandising.


• Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the supply chain team to ensure continuous product availability.


• Track and report on key KPIs to evaluate overall e-commerce and marketing performance.


• Drive workflow improvements and implement automation for higher operational efficiency.


• Stay updated on industry trends, competitive activities, and emerging digital technologies.


• Lead, mentor, and support the e-commerce and marketing teams to achieve department goals.


• Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and data privacy standards.

Job Requirements


• Minimum of 3 years of experience in e-commerce, media buying, and content creation.


• Proven record of managing e-commerce operations and increasing online sales.


• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.


• Proficiency with platforms such as Google Sheets/Excel, Shopify, and Magento.


• Excellent project management and organizational skills.


• Strong leadership abilities with experience managing teams.


• Outstanding communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.


• Solid understanding of digital marketing, SEO, and online advertising.


• Ability to work on-site in a fast-paced environment.
