**Marketing Team Leader - E-commerce**

**Location**: Cairo, Egypt

**Job Type**: Full-time
**Experience Required**: Minimum 5 years in E-commerce & Digital Marketing

**Job Summary**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Lead and oversee the daily activities of the marketing team.
- Manage and update task tracking and project management tools.
- Assign tasks and ensure deadlines are met with high-quality output.
- Monitor and optimize advertising campaigns (Facebook Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, etc.).
- Analyze marketing performance metrics (CTR, ROAS, Conversion Rate, etc.) and generate actionable strategies from the data.
- Provide clear, data-driven action plans to enhance campaign performance.
- Offer feedback, guidance, and support to team members to maximize productivity.
- Coordinate with design and content teams for seamless campaign execution.
- Prepare regular performance reports for management, highlighting insights and recommended actions.
- Suggest innovative ideas to improve marketing ROI and boost online sales.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in digital marketing in e-commerce.
- Proven experience leading or supervising a marketing team.
- Strong ability to interpret marketing analytics and turn them into concrete action plans.
- Proficiency in advertising platforms like Google, Facebook, TikTok, and Instagram.
- Experience with analytical tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and other performance dashboards.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to work under pressure.
- Excellent communication, leadership and motivational skills.
