Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Call Center Team Lead at our location in Qesm 1st Nasser City. The Call Center Team Lead will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing team performance, handling customer inquiries, ensuring customer satisfaction, and analyzing call center metrics. The role involves leading a team of call center representatives, providing training and support, and ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.

Qualifications

  • Strong Interpersonal Skills and Communication skills
  • Proficiency in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service
  • Excellent Analytical Skills
  • Leadership and team management capabilities
  • Experience in the automotive industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management or related field
