Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as a Call Center Team Lead, located in 6th of October. The Call Center Team Lead will be responsible for overseeing daily call center operations, managing team performance, ensuring customer satisfaction, and implementing quality assurance measures. The individual will also conduct team meetings, provide feedback and coaching, and handle escalated customer issues.
Qualifications
- Strong Interpersonal and Communication skills
- Excellent Analytical skills
- English profile B2.
- Experience in Customer Service and ensuring Customer Satisfaction
- Leadership and Team Management skills
- Ability to work on-site in Maddi.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related field is a plus
