Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Call Center Representative located in Qesm El Maadi. The candidate will handle customer inquiries, provide professional support, and resolve issues efficiently. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing high volumes of calls, ensuring exceptional customer service, maintaining accurate records, and collaborating with team members to address customer concerns effectively. By engaging with clients, representatives will contribute to building positive relationships and fostering customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Strong Customer Support and Customer Service skills for addressing and resolving customer inquiries effectively.
  • Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills to interact with clients professionally and empathetically.
  • Knowledge of Contact Centers operations and processes to handle calls efficiently and adhere to best practices.
  • Basic to intermediate Computer Literacy for navigating software and managing customer-related data.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, handle multiple tasks, and adapt to changing situations.
  • Prior experience in a customer-facing role is a plus but not required as training will be provided.
  • A positive and results-driven attitude with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
