Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Senior Sales Executive to drive our sales growth in the market. This is an outdoor field sales role where you will be the face of our company, responsible for acquiring new clients, managing relationships with key accounts (stores, distributors, wholesalers), and promoting our diverse range of aluminum packaging products. The ideal candidate is a persuasive negotiator with a proven track record in B2B sales, particularly within the packaging, FMCG, or manufacturing sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Conduct regular field visits to prospects, onboard, and manage new and existing clients, including retailers, distributors, and wholesalers.
  • Actively promote and present our aluminum products (plates, rolls, foils, etc.), effectively demonstrating their features and benefits.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships by understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Lead contract negotiations and close sales agreements to secure new business.
  • Gather market intelligence and provide feedback on customer needs, trends, and competitive activities.
  • Represent the company at trade shows and industry events as required.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in the company CRM/system.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of proven experience in a field sales role,
     preferably within the 
    packaging, FMCG, manufacturing, or aluminum products industries.
  • Experience in dealing with B2B clients such as distributors, wholesalers, and large retail chains is a must.
  • Owns a valid driver's license and has 
    their own car.

Required Skills:

  • Exceptional negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong presentation and client engagement abilities.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Excellent planning and organizational skills for managing a sales territory.
  • Fluency in Arabic and proficiency in English.
