Job Requirements
- Understand client HR challenges and align Mawared HRMS solutions to deliver clear business value.
- Conduct consultative, ROI-focused demos and craft proposals that address complex HR needs.
- Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting and qualification to negotiation and closing.
- Collaborate with Pre-Sales, Implementation, and Customer Success teams to ensure smooth onboarding and long-term client satisfaction.
- Gather customer feedback and market insights to support product development and refine sales strategies.
Requirements
- Apply value-based selling techniques to drive impactful, client-focused sales conversations.
- Bring 2 - 5 years of B2B SaaS or enterprise software sales experience with proven account growth success.
- Achieve and exceed revenue targets in complex, multi-stakeholder sales environments.
- Communicate confidently with HR Directors, VPs, and C-level executives to drive decision-making.
- Develop strategic account plans using data-driven insights and accurate forecasting.
- Quickly learn and adapt to new platforms, systems, and CRM tools to enhance the sales process.
