Talent Management Supervisor

Job Purpose
The Talent Management Supervisor is responsible for implementing and supervising talent and performance management programs, as well as driving employee engagement initiatives across the organization. The role ensures alignment between employee performance, development, and organizational objectives to foster a high-performance and engaging culture.
Key Responsibilities1. Talent & Performance Management
- Supervise the implementation of the annual performance management cycle, including goal setting, mid-year reviews, and year-end evaluations.
- Support managers and employees in understanding and applying performance management tools and processes.
- Monitor and analyze performance data to identify high performers, development needs, and performance gaps.
- Coordinate succession planning activities and maintain talent matrices for key positions.
- Assist in designing and updating competency frameworks and performance scorecards.
2. Employee Engagement
- Plan, coordinate, and execute employee engagement surveys and focus groups.
- Analyze survey results, identify key engagement drivers, and recommend action plans.
- Develop and implement engagement programs, recognition initiatives, and communication campaigns to enhance morale and retention.
- Collaborate with leaders to create a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
- Track engagement KPIs and regularly report progress to management.
3. Learning & Development Support
- Identify training and development needs based on performance outcomes and talent reviews.
- Support the delivery of learning programs and leadership development initiatives.
- Ensure alignment between training programs and career development frameworks.
4. Reporting & Analytics
- Maintain dashboards and reports for talent and performance indicators.
- Track completion rates of performance evaluations, development plans, and engagement initiatives.
- Provide insights and recommendations to management based on analytics and trends.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Education:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field. - Experience:
4–6 years of experience in HR, with at least 2 years in talent management, performance management, or engagement. - Skills:
- Strong understanding of performance management frameworks and employee engagement practices.
- Analytical and reporting skills.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in HR systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Project management and stakeholder engagement capabilities.
