EgyCham is hiring for one of our clients in Architecture & Planning Industry Technical Office Manager.

Role Description

  • Lead and supervise the technical office departments including architecture, planning, drawings, and project coordination.
  • Oversee design review, technical submissions, shop drawings, RFI responses, material approvals, and project documentation.
  • Ensure all drawings and technical deliverables comply with project specs, codes, and international standards.
  • Manage project timelines, workload distribution, and department KPIs to ensure timely and accurate delivery of technical outputs.
  • Review project budgets, technical risks, and design issues, and propose effective solutions.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or Urban Planning (Master's degree preferred).
  • From 8 to 10 years of experience in technical office, design, or planning roles.
  • Experience in architecture firms, master planning companies, or consultancy offices is must.
  • Strong understanding of architectural codes, master planning principles, and design development cycles.
  • Proven leadership capabilities managing multidisciplinary engineering and technical teams.
  • Excellent command of
    AutoCAD, Revit, Planning software, and project management tools
    .
  • Strong analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
