Apex Furniture
is seeking a qualified and experienced
Technical Office Manager
to join our growing team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage all activities of the Technical Office.
- Prepare and review shop drawings and technical documentation.
- Perform quantity surveying and cost estimation.
- Coordinate between different departments (Design – Production – Execution).
- Prepare technical reports, material submittals, and related project documents.
- Review and approve technical details and materials with the design and production teams.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Architecture, or related field).
- Minimum
5 years of experience
in a Technical Office management role, preferably in
furniture, interior design, or construction
. - Excellent knowledge of
AutoCAD, Excel, MS Office
, and familiarity with
ERP systems
is a plus. - Strong organizational, planning, and leadership skills.
