Apex Furniture
is seeking a qualified and experienced
Technical Office Manager
to join our growing team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and manage all activities of the Technical Office.
  • Prepare and review shop drawings and technical documentation.
  • Perform quantity surveying and cost estimation.
  • Coordinate between different departments (Design – Production – Execution).
  • Prepare technical reports, material submittals, and related project documents.
  • Review and approve technical details and materials with the design and production teams.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Architecture, or related field).
  • Minimum
    5 years of experience
    in a Technical Office management role, preferably in
    furniture, interior design, or construction
    .
  • Excellent knowledge of
    AutoCAD, Excel, MS Office
    , and familiarity with
    ERP systems
    is a plus.
  • Strong organizational, planning, and leadership skills.
