Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position for a
Technical Office Manager (MEP)
based in Cairo, Egypt. The
Technical Office Manager
will oversee and manage technical activities related to mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems for various projects. Day-to-day tasks include reviewing and preparing technical drawings, optimizing budgets, managing project timelines, conducting technical research, and ensuring project compliance with industry standards. The role will also involve coordinating with engineering teams, stakeholders, and contractors to ensure smooth project execution.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Technical Drawing and Mechanical Engineering
  • Experience in Budgeting and Project Management
  • Strong Research skills and ability to stay updated with industry trends
  • Excellent organizational, leadership, and decision-making abilities
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
  • Familiarity with MEP systems and regional construction standards
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field
  • Previous experience in a technical or managerial role in the construction industry is preferred
