Position Title: Technical Office Engineer

Department: Engineering / Technical Office

Location: New Cairo – El Tagamoa

Employment Type: Full-time

Working Hours: 8 hours per day

Salary Range: Starting from 14,000 EGP (negotiable based on experience and qualifications)

Reports To: Technical Office Manager / Project Manager

Job Responsibilities:

  • Prepare shop drawings, as-built drawings, and technical documentation.

  • Review design drawings and ensure alignment with project specifications.

  • Perform quantity surveying and prepare BOQs (Bill of Quantities).

  • Coordinate with site engineers to ensure implementation of approved drawings.

  • Assist in project planning, scheduling, and cost control.

  • Prepare reports, RFI's , and technical submittals.

  • Liaise with consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers regarding technical issues.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Architectural Engineering.

  • Minimum [2] years of experience in technical office roles within construction projects.

  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and other relevant engineering software.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Good communication and teamwork abilities.
