Are you an experienced engineering professional with strong leadership skills and deep knowledge of façade and aluminum systems?

Smart Window Company
is looking for a
Technical Office Manager
to lead our technical operations and ensure flawless project execution from concept to handover.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and manage the workflow of the Technical Office.
  • Prepare and monitor project schedules to ensure timely delivery.
  • Approve and oversee
    Fabrication Orders
    (Curtain Walls, Cladding, Skylights, Louvers, etc.).
  • Review project contracts, specifications, and drawings before kickoff.
  • Supervise drawings, BOQs, materials, and site measurements.
  • Monitor project budgets and ensure cost efficiency.
  • Ensure all deliverables meet agreed
    quality standards
    .
  • Attend coordination meetings with contractors and consultants.
  • Support the Pre-Construction and Sales teams when needed.
  • Evaluate team performance and report monthly project progress.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in civil
    , Mechanical, or Architectural Engineering
    .
  • More than 15 years of experience
    in façades, aluminum, or glazing systems.
  • Strong knowledge of
    shop drawings, BOQs, and fabrication processes
    .
  • Proficient in
    AutoCAD, Revit, MS Office, and Project Management tools
    .
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
