Technical Office Engineer ( Architect
&
Civil Engineer
).

Responsibilities :

  • pare accurate and detailed
    shop drawings
    in accordance with project specifications and standards.
  • Review all architectural, structural, and MEP drawings to ensure
    coordination
    , accuracy, and compliance with design requirements.
  • Perform
    quantity surveying
    , prepare
    BOQs
    ,
    material take-offs
    , and assist in preparing
    cost estimates
    .
  • Prepare and review
    monthly progress invoices
    , contractor payments, and related documentation.
  • Coordinate closely with the
    site team
    , project managers, and other departments to ensure proper
  • implementation of drawings and technical instructions.
  • Support the technical office manager in preparing
    work schedules, method statements, and technical reports
    .
  • Ensure all drawings and documents are updated, organized, and submitted within deadlines.

Requirments :

  • Proficiency in Revit ,
    AutoCAD
    and
    MS Office
    .
  • 4 to 6 years of experience in same position in construction sector .
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering from a reputable university.
